The easiest sweet treat! All you need is 1 milk ch The easiest sweet treat! All you need is 1 milk chocolate bar, 1 white chocolate bar & some raspberries. I bought my raspberries fresh but froze them because it makes this much easier. 

Melt the white chocolate bar in the microwave - don’t over cook!, dip the raspberries in it, put them on a plate and freeze until frozen through. If they’re not completely frozen it will be hard to pull them off that plate; freezing your berries first makes this easier. 

Once the white chocolate berries have been frozen and come off the plate, melt the milk chocolate and dip the berries in them. Put on a plate and freeze until frozen. 

Take out and enjoy ♥️ I store these in the freezer and have as a little sweet treat when I’m craving one. #easyrecipes #healthyrecipe #healthydiet

- peel the outside layer and discard, peel the rest of the carrot in thin strips
2 green onion 
1 tbsp grated ginger 
2 garlic cloves grated 
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
1 tbsp sesame oil

x. salmon cooked in honey, lemon, salt + pepper
x. roasted beets in olive oil 
x. rice cooked with turmeric + black pepper
x. avocado, mango, jalapeno, green onion + lemon 
Mix everything together and serve.
